Cisco Unified Engineering experience
Expertise with Contact center
Prior upgrade and cut-over experience
3-5 years, minimum, of UCCE deployment and upgrade experience, preferably 10x to 11x
Expertise with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Cisco Advanced technologies including but not limited to: Communications Manager, IM&P, Contact Center Enterprise, Contact Center Express, Intelligence Center, QM, Unity Connection, Emergency Responder, Meeting Place, WebEx, Spark and Telepresence
Enterprise design and configuration experience with the following ICM, CVP, IPIVR, CVP Studio, CAD, CUIC, Finesse, Ingress Gateway/CUBE, VXML, TCL, ISE (Internet Script Editor), Small UCCX environment to also administer
