Role: UCC Cisco VoIP Lead
Location: Fremont, CA/Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 12 Months

UCC Lead – Cisco Telepresence L3 Engineer
Overall minimum of 8+ years of experience in the industry
Minimum of 5 years in the Cisco Unified Communication Domain
Good knowledge and working experience in VoIP Protocols
Prior technology implementation/support experience in
- Cisco VCS-Control/Edge
- Cisco Unified Communication Manager
- Cisco TMS/Cisco TMSXE
- Cisco MCU/TS
- Video, Immersive endpoints
- Cisco UCC solution integration aware - Gateway solution products ISR/ISR-G2/ISR-G3 routers as SRST and CUBE, IP & M, Unity
- Cisco Meeting Server
Good knowledge on PSTN/PBAX networks.
Has good experience with Polycom Video endpoints
Good knowledge on various troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, sipp, network tools) and monitoring tools like IR Prognosis, RTMT, Prime Collaboration.
Excellent problem solving skills with desire to take on responsibility.
Excellent communication skills, should have worked in global delivery model.
Good understanding on product SLA’s and support metrics.
Ability to grasp problems and understand issues quickly and provide solutions.
Ability to write clear and concise reports.
Passionate with work and multitasked
Experience in working in a Managed Services support model and ability to solve the problems by working with multiple stakeholders(preferred)
Knowledge on management and support of TDM-PBX products such as Siemens HiPath (preferred)
