Mode of Interview: Phone, then face to face

Must be US Citizen or GC Holder.

Candidates must be local. If they have airline experience, non locals will
be okay.

Description:

We are looking for a UAT/tester to help ensure the quality of our mobile
app, kiosk and web channels. Create UAT plans and use cases based on the
acceptance criteria of user stories. Conduct manual testing of
work-in-process development during the course of the sprint and provide
feedback to developers. Coordinate with broader QA team to plan and execute
for cross-browser verification and cross-device validation. Conduct the test
cases and prioritize the defects based on priority and severity. Interact
with the product owners, dev and QA teams to manage the UAT process.

Responsibility:

-Represent the Digital Operations team as a subject matter expert during
scope and story development
-define use cases to be executed during UAT
-track and manage issues
-Assess and sign off go-live readiness
-Ensure system is performing according spec and also meets the needs for the
users
-Triage, research and analysis of quality issues

Required Skills:

5-7 years of User Acceptance or Quality Assurance testing experience
-Airline background is a plus
-Experience testing Android & iOS mobile apps
-Must have high attention to detail
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- understanding of Agile methodology
-Highly motivated self-starter, but team player who works well on cross
functional teams
-proficient with defect management tools - TFS - Team Foundation Server and
JIRA

Preferred skills:

-Experience with airline reservation systems such as Shares and/or Apollo
highly valued
