Job Description :
UAT Test Lead in Round rock , TX
Candidate must have a testing background – does not have to be super technical in nature but knowing the software test lifecycle/maybe exposure to UAT/Salesforce. They are looking for someone who has done some light lead work on other projects and is ready to start to lead a project in the near future. Leadership and communication/presentation skills are key. They prefer someone with 5 years or less exp.
Testing
o 2/3 years Testing experience in Agile environment
o Understands and applies principles, concepts, theories, technologies and standards of professional testing
o Test script development (in Microsoft TFS would be advantageous)
o Test data verification
o Defect Triage (i.e. is the reported defect genuine code defect or tester error, data related, script problem etc
o Knowledge of Automated Testing techniques (Selenium / Java / Page Object Model advantageous)
