1. 3-5 years of experience in SDL Tridion development
2. 7-10 years of experience of working on CMS systems
3. Experience with SDL Tridion 8.X
4. Experience in architecture and content modeling schema
5. Component and page template coding
6. Familiarity with O data model, Workflow experience and event system in Tridion
