Triage Support Analyst -
Location: Mason, OH
Work hours: 1st. shift
Brand: Shared Services - IT
Start date: immediately
Length of assignment: 3 months plus possible ext
Assists with Application installations, combination of Point of Sale at the store and IST instore-server ISS. This usually includes performing some manual tasks that vary per rollout. Analyst should be able to independently troubleshoot and analyze upgrade issues. They will work with IST Triage support to upgrade OS and Application. Analysts would escalate issues as they occur and suggest mitigation steps.
Tasks could include: Executing SQL statements or scripts, Executing Unix commands, Installing apps, Documenting actions taken.
Good to have – familiar with Ansible and Puppet/Spacewalk.
