Technical/Functional Skills
Good domain knowledge about Transmission and its controls
Experience with Model Based Development Tools like Matlab Simulink, Stateflow
Experience in Control System Design
Good knowledge of Autosar
Proficient in Code generation using embedded coder from Matlab
Experience on M-scripting and debugging
Knowledge of SDLC
Roles & Responsibilities
Controls Development for Transmission features
Perform model in loop simulations in Matlab Simulink to check control performance
Perform model code generation using embedded coder from Matlab
Create software builds
Test and validate new software features on HIL and in vehicle
Investigate and resolve software issues
Provide structured feedback on the tasks assigned as well as anticipated new tasks that are foreseen to the immediate supervisors and manager
Contribute actively in the weekly team meeting with entire team
Coordination experience with other stake holders for data gathering/ resolution
