Job Description:
Preparing and finalizing of the detailed knowledge transition (KT) plan.
Review of the KT plan, timelines with business, SME(s) and getting a sign off. Checking and ensuring availability of SMEs / business access administration for providing the essential knowledge transition.
Facilitating, coordinating and tracking of KT during the KT phases – Planning and Pre-requisites, KT phase, Shadow phase, reverse shadow phase, complete take over.
Managing regular governance calls with key stake holders. Transition status reporting and proactively highlighting risks if any.
Ensure smooth take over and control by the delivery team.
