Role: Training Specialist 5

Skills required:
Client is seeking a Training Specialist to conduct training and development programs for employees.
This person is responsible for collecting information, conducting research, and creating training materials and programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers.
Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees or customers of industrial or commercial establishments.
Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Select and assign instructors to conduct training.
Set vision of training for the company.
Develops holistic training materials for a department.
Basically looking for/Must Skills:
STORYLINE 2 expertise Must.
PowerPoint Adept knowledge
Online training background specially around system – This project is all about the process. They will get notification to login to the system & this person needs to have expr in online training.
Previous history of Instructional designer role will also be checked.
They will the Learning center for this program
STROYLINE 2 or higher version – WILL BE MUST HAVE ( 2 Yrs. of expr ) – If someone worked on Storyline 1,2,3 and 360 & they will look what they have done in past. If worked only on storyline 360 – it will not work
5 Yrs. of instructional design expr for online training
Education/Experience:
Bachelor''s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training required.
10+ years related experience required.
