Job Description :
Position Summary:
The Scrum Master will provide leadership to the team that will be needed to provide capacity for the CEP internal project. The Scrum Master shall also be capable of performing, and ideally leading, design and development tasks as part of the Agile Sprint. The Scrum Master shall understand requirements/specifications and lead the Agile team in developing functionality that meets those requirements and complies with specifications. The Scrum Master requires a strong understanding of SOA technologies, how to work within an Agile, software architecture, test automation, and highly-available systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Build solutions using SOA technologies including TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.X, BW 6.X
Support SOA technologies including TIBCO Business Works solutions in production, including problem resolution.
Support and educate the product owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Guide the team in performing estimation of backlog stories.
Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments from completing stories.
Deliver the stories committed during sprint planning.
Guide the team on continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in any area of study that requires analytical/mathematical computation or equivalent, relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role leading a heterogeneous team of developers and testers.
Minimum of 5 years using SOA technologies including TIBCO Business Works.
Minimum of 5 years working with XML and SOAP or REST-based web services.

Technical Skills:
SOA technology experience is required.
Must have strong understanding of the SDLC, preferably both waterfall and agile.
Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio.
Experience in UNIX-like operating systems.
Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle
Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Experience with git.
Python development experience a plus.
JAVA development experience a plus, especially with JAX-RS or Apache CXF.
Experience with Oracle BRM a plus.
