Tibco BW Developer Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements, own /support the design, development, project management and implementation
Document and review of high level/ detail level design, code, test plans
Facilitate Design sessions and perform code reviews
Own Unit testing and support system testing and scenario testing to ensure business functionality requirements are met
Guide associates to create implementation plans and coordinate moving of the code to production
Onsite/offshore coordination
Basic Qualifications:
Overall 5+ yrs of experienceexperience in the TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Adapter and TIBCO Administrator.
Experience in building web services using TIBCO platform
Experience in TIBCO Business Connect, TIBCO RV and TIBCO Hawk
Good Communication Skills
Customer facing experience
