Technology Skills:
TIBCO Business works, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO RV, TIBCO Adapters, Rest & SOAP Web Service, XML, XSLT, XSD, JMS, Java
7 - 10 years of hands on experience in SOA Environment creating right granular reusable services.
5 years of working experience in design, development and implementation of enterprise level projects using TIBCO products (Business Works, EMS, and Business Events
Ability to apply design concepts - layered architectures, components, interfaces, messaging and patterns.
Participate in design discussions and provide HLSD.
Lead and drive peer code reviews, unit and integration test artifacts.
Excellent debugging skills, ability to optimize and fine tune code.
Exposure working in Onshore Offshore model and able to lead/guide team members.
Need to have experience working in agile model
