BA responsibilities:
Experience with gathering system requirements, data load and transformation requirements
Experience with Business process improvement tools and methodologies/strategies
Experience of working in insurance claims, reimbursements, provider and finance
Experience with creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and other design documents
Experience of working with workflow process tools like VISIO etc.
Experience with System Analysis and workflow tools
Experience with documenting Business Process
Experience with Creating test strategies based on the requirements
