Testers- IVR project

Richmond VA

2 year contract

Rate : DOE No OPTS ONLY USC , GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD AND H1bs

2 positions:

1 Tester role with Spanish language fluency

1 Test Lead role with French language Fluency

Top 3-5 Skills:

· Experience in IVR environment (anyone with Cyara would be a HUGE plus)

· Telephony environment

· Automation testing skills

· Service virtualization using tools such as Parasoft and Montebank

· Spanish for Tester role, French for the lead role

Call Notes:

BAU Testers that are needed in the IVR space (Voice Systems Customers self-service themselves in this system. Both manual and automated test spaces to confirm IVR is working. General need for these folks to have IVR (hugely preferred Any automation tools will be fine. Cyara IVR is the current tool they use. There are other tools they can have. Absolutely need a French Language tester (French and Spanish would be ideal since those are the three things they need including English

One role needs French English, the other role needs Spanish English.

The French tester will be more of a senior type role, test lead. Coordination with other folks. Responsibility with the environment as far as testing that is required.

Second role – Spanish/English they already have a lead so just need a pure tester.

Will not do any performance testing so Loadrunner and Winrunner are not required

No intention of converting candidates – any work authorization status will work.

Duration will be 2 years expectation

Will have both automated and manual testing

8-10 people on each financial team

No financial experience needed

Skype will work for non-locals

Top 3-5 Skills:

Experience in IVR environment (Cyara IVR in this shop)

Telephony environment

Automation testing and/or virtualization using tools such as Parasoft and Montebank (either/or)

Spanish for Tester role, French for the lead role

Experience in navigating a mainframe like Gooey is important

More than 3 years’ experience required

Agile team so will be attending team ceremonies. Will be participating in the discussions
