Primarily executes test scripts both manually and automated. Capable of testing software applications. Reviews test plans and may author test plans for low-to-moderately complex applications. Level 4 Requirements: Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent and 7-10 years of related and progressively more responsible experience. Performs highly complex work activities covering technical, financial and quality aspects. Contributes to the formulation of IT strategy. Creatively applies a wide range of technical and/or management principles. Serves as lead expert in a complex subject. Recognized in and outside of the organization as a significant resource in subject area. Has defined authority and responsibility for a significant area of work, including technical, financial and quality aspects. Is accountable for actions and decisions taken by self and subordinates.
