Job title: Test analyst

"Must Have Skills:
·         Minimum 5 years of QA experience in SAP HCM, PA, OM, Time and Payroll modules (ECC 6.0, EHP 7 or above)
·         Experience of minimum 2-3 HCM implementation projects as a Functional Analyst
·         Basic understanding of HCM reports in core HR, as well as Time-Payroll
·         Should have experience of working in HPQC or HPALM
·         Worked on designing or testing HCM structural authorization roles
·         Experience planning and execution of HRSP upgrades regression test suite
·         Experience writing HCM functional test cases for core HR and payroll reports based on functional and technical design documents
·         Good understanding of all Payroll processes and minimum 3-4 years of implementing or supporting Payroll (US or Canada)
·         Excellent understanding of Employee Master data, HR Personnel, Enterprise and Org structures

Nice to have Skills:
·         Experience working on at least one BI reporting project
·         Good understanding of HANA side car and BOBJ framework
·         Certified or worked in Successfactors Employee Central module"
