Test Program/Project Manager w/ Healthcare Experience
CLIENT IS VERY PICKY ON THIS ONE.
The client is looking for Program/Project Managers who have managed large/complex project and large Teams.
These will be the main things I am looking for
* How many Large Test Projects have you Managed?
* How many Systems were involved in the largest test project you had?
* Do you have Healthcare Knowledge?
* Do you have Waterfall and Agile Exp?
* How many test team members have you managed that was the largest? Test Leads and Testers or other?
* What is your availability Date?
* What is your billing rate?
* This project requires you to work from an IBM Facility. Would you be able to work at one? If so where would that be?
- Anthem Test Program Manager - TPM
- Strong Project Management Experience
- Demonstrated experience leading a large test teams through the entire test life cycle required
- Agile and Waterfall SDLC Knowledge
- Test Project Management - E2E
- Test Architecture
- Strong Healthcare Background - Insurance Preferred

* Additional Comments This role assumes overall accountability and responsibility for the success of the test effort for a medium or complex project, including test planning, test preparation, and test execution for applicable levels of testing (SIT, UAT, Conversion, End to End, Performance Agile and Waterfall SDLC Process Understanding. This includes quality and test advocacy, and resolution of issues that impede the test effort. Also mentor Test Leads and coordinates test staffing with Test Resource Managers. Can not work from home. Work from a Local IBM/Anthem Facility Needed
* Has overall accountability for all levels of testing (QA, SIT, UAT, Regression, Conversion, End to End, Performance) and partners with key resources from other
areas to ensure needs are being met and issues are being resolved
* Oversees test leadership for all test levels, systems and all impacted interfacing systems for a given project
* Ensures the QA Process is followed by all supporting Test Leads and Testers and coordinates test staffing with Test Delivery Resource Managers
