TITLE: Test Manager

Requisition Details:
- Test Manager / Test Co-Ordinator having P and C Insurance Knowledge with 8 - 12 years of IT experience specializing in Software Manual Testing.
- Expert on PL/SQL, .Net basics (VB.Net) is required
- Having prior experience in testing and managing DWH and ETL testing projects
- Having experience in Test Planning, Requirement understanding, Co-ordination with different teams, Act as a lead and Co-ordinator with offshore team, Test Cases review and Critical Integration Test case execution at onsite.
- Experience with an extensive variety of Usability research tools and methods.
- Desired experience in testing web application, Insurity PD, CD, Billing and IEV application
- Good exposure on Web Server, Data Base and Application Interface testing
- Having experience in Conversion and Integration testing.
- Having prior experience of working with client at client location
- Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work in a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral written communication influencing skills
- Good analytical, diagnostic and creative problem solving skills
