Job Title: Test Manager
Location:Pittsburgh, PA
Full time (Perm)

1)Subject Matter Expert in QA methodology and tools
2)Strong background in Agile/Scrum Development methodology
3)Expert knowledge and experience in delivering test qualification of Enterprise Applications
4)Test planning, designing, developing and executing tests that assure product feature functionality and reliability expectations for clients software solutions
5)Create, analyze, and publish relevant quality metrics and measures across teams to communicate application and release quality, and to address technical debt and other quality issues
6)Strong organizational skills, tracking multiple test executions simultaneously and able to synthesize results effectively
7)Provide guidance on risk management for defects and other quality issues
8)Identify and drive establishment of adequate test environments, tools, and resources to support testing efforts
9)Experience with Automation
10)Experience in Banking Domain
11)Strong Leadership and Excellent people management skills providing input to development plan and performance reviews of direct reports
