Job Description :
10 to 12 years of managing and coordinating multiple end to end testing projects within Complex / multiple application test environments
Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong analytical skills, capable of understanding business/systems needs and working across multiple releases, troubleshoot and effectively solve issues.
Skilled in leveraging automation capabilities to improve team efficiencies and effectiveness
Knowledgeable in API testing techniques.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the offshore leads and team for test planning, design and execution on an ongoing basis
Hands on test execution to validate content change and defects fixes requiring urgent feedback
Work with Client managers to create the annual release plan and estimation for testing effort
(c ) Liaison with Business Analysts, Developers, Release Managers, and Infrastructure teams for requirements clarifications, defect resolution and test environment readiness
Dealing with business and systems groups’ enquiries relating to the testing efforts on an ongoing basis
Assisting in the maintenance of the Client policies and procedures across offshore testing team
Managing the team selection and recruitment process on an ongoing basis
Manage the team allocation across different projects based on the need in consultation with managers
