Job Description :
Position : Test Manager
Location : Auburn Hills MI
Duration : 6+ months

Primary Skills :
test procedures, test cases (UAT, Custom, E2E, Finesse, Fed Testing, etc, test plans, traceability, schedules, and test reporting

Description :
Organize and control all testing activities – planning, scheduling, tracking, and communication status of all testing activities
Responsibilities:
Determine the needs/conditions testing will validate for project applications and interfaces
Utilize ALM for Requirements, Test Case, Change, Configuration and Test Results management
Assist with the development of test procedures, test cases (UAT, Custom, E2E, Finesse, Fed Testing, etc, test plans, traceability, schedules, and test reporting
Ensure test compliance with test processes and procedures
Maintain MTS Test Artifacts in SharePoint
Assist the business to coordinate, execute, document, and report on test activities required to support the validate application and interface functionality
Coordinate, execute, document, and report on test activities required to support the integration of MTS application functionality with consuming applications
Coordinate test preparation activities to include setting up the MTS test environment and build all data elements
Review and execute test scripts where needed
Work with development teams, downstream applications and interfaces, and other Project teams to resolve test defects
Estimate level of effort based upon tasks and responsibilities specific to tester functions
Define resource requirements for testing
Define timing milestones for test plan

Responsibilities :

2. Ability to drive task preparation and execution in a timed setting
3. Experience with ALM and automated test build/management
4. Experience building detailed reports of test status
