Job Description:
Job Title Onsite Test Manager with Project Management exp.
Relevant Experience & Experience Required (in Yrs) · 8 - 10 years of experience in testing domain.
· At least 3 to 4 years as a Test Manager

Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS • At least 3 to 4 years as a Project Manager or Test Manager
Expertise in QA, Requirement Analysis, Team Management, Planning, Estimations, Scheduling, and Defect Management (using HP ALM)
Experience in Pharma
Strengths should include functional knowledge of various testing types & technologies, client interactions, handling teams, project planning and co-ordination of team in varied geographies.
Used Toad for Oracle to verify database content as part of the testing process.
Excellent oral and written communication as well as analytical and interpersonal skills.
Should have experience on Test Planning, Testing Effort Estimation and Test strategy creation.
Review test execution results to ensure compliance with documented SDLC and GxP for validated systems
Should have experience on Test Planning, Testing Effort Estimation and Test strategy creation.
Execution of test scripts and reporting using HP ALM.
Should have work on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities · Test ManagementCoordination with Onsite Program LeadResponsible for on-time and quality of all testing deliverablesResponsible for Planning, Review of deliverables and Reporting project status to stake holdersTest scripts creation, peer review and update in ALMDry runs and Formal script executionIdentify and log defects in ALMResponsible for program management throughout the project life cycleCost and Effort estimation planning and overall project monitoringManaging risk and issues and taking corrective measurement
· Knowledge of Pharma domain would be an added advantage.
