Role: Test Lead with Capital Markets

Must Have Skills
Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM, XP, Kanban) environment/team focusing on sprint by sprint deliveries
Capital Markets, Asset Management
3+ years software testing experience with full understanding of SDLC and
3+ be familiar with quality assurance techniques
Experience with relational databases, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. SQL data manipulation experience
Experience with JIRA/Rally/ALM Software for Test Planning Very good written and spoken English Previous exposure to banking of financial services

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Test Case/Test Data/test Defects/Test Suit Comply with test strategy, testing standards, templates and test plan Perform effort estimation Design and create test data. Develop test cases and report on execution Conduct tests and document/log test results and defects Ensure defect management Perform Functional, Non-Functional and Regression testing Constantly push for highest quality level and have a substantial impact on quality of deliverables
