Position: Test Lead
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 12+ Months
Minimum Work Experience:10+ Years
Requisition Details:
Strong experience working in Salesforce Domain or at least any other CRM app
Strong in Agile concepts with practical experience working in agile teams
Experience co-ordinating with different stakeholders, IT and Business
Preffered - Automation Test Script Creation, Execution using Selenium in FAST Framework, Java hands on experience in Selenium tool
Preffered - Working knowledge of Continuous Integration tool such Jenkins, Capado, etc.
Thorough with testing processes, concepts who can lead and guide offshore team
Good experience in HP ALM, JIRA, etc.
Maintain, prepare and share different testing metrics with stakeholders.
Suggest improvements in testing and processes
Salesforce certification is preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
