Technical background in billing system testing
AMnR - Advanced Mediation and Rating
Roles and Responsibilities:
Demonstrated testing skills and experience including all facets of the Software Lifecycle
Must have min 10+ years of experience and at least 2-3 years of experience as Lead
SQL skills - Intermediate level (Select, Join, Update, Insert and Delete)
Unix skills - writing Unix commands to copy/move files from one path to another, view and edit files on server
Offshore team lead experience
Hands on testing AM&R
Meeting facilitation
Verbal (and written) communication
Root cause analysis
Organization and Prioritization
Review/verify functional and system requirements and ensure project deliverables adhere to QA criteria and comply with the requirements prior to deployment.
Experience managing test data.
Experience performing daily day defect triage and reviewing defects with multiple development team and managing the defect thru its life cycle
Strong communication and organizational skills. Communicate QA risks, milestones, and status to the Project Manager, project team and management.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive schedules
Strong interpersonal skills – networking, building relationships, teamwork
Experience with Telecom/Cable domain is preferred.
Experience with Devices, accounts/billing systems for test cases is preferred
Self-motivated, work well in a team structure or independently
BS degree or equivalent experience
