A minimum of three (4) years progressively responsible professional experiencein
managing all aspects related to executing technical, functional and business
components of a User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan, inclusive of creating test cases and

scenarios based on system requirements and design documentation
at least two (2) years’ experience relating system technical parameters and recognized

data processing concepts to business process planning and analysis

Two (2) years of staff supervisory experience
Required
Ability to execute the functional aspects of a test plan
Required
Must have experience with Selenium, Squash, and/or related automated testing tools
Required
Defect / Bug tracking processes and/or systems (e.g. – Bugzilla)
Identify and provide documentation of the protocols needed to perform functional,

quality assurance and regression tests and tracking
Establish and publish the standards for test case preparation, performing and
documenting testing activities, identifying and tracking application defects, prioritizing
defects as critical, major, or minor, and for reporting on the number and types of

defects and their correction
Required
Establishing automated regression testing using current automated testing solutions
Required
Execute the approved Test Management Plan successfully
Required
Mentoring, training and knowledge transfer
Recognize and report project risks, provide solution based analysis, prepare Risk

Analysis reports
