Position Description:
ITI/RRS This Python and Powershell developer is a hands-on technical resource who is comfortable coding/scripting 80% the day while also providing guidance to other team members. Additional responsibilities include mentoring the team, driving Agile methodology, and escalating issues as needed. The successful candidate will need to have strong background in Python, PowerShell, Micro-services, REST APIs, and messaging techniques. Public Cloud work is a strong plus related to micro-services. Front-end design skills (Angular, Node, HTML/CSS, jQuery) are a strong plus.
Skills/Experience Required:
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor.s Degree in Computer Science or related field .
8+ of team building experience, including direct supervision responsibility .
5+ years of programming experience with multiple languages including Perl, PHP, Python, Java, GoLang or related language, including API development .
5+ years of systems administration experience with Unix, Linux, Windows, Apache, Oracle .
5+ years of web programming experience with modern web development technologies; HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, XML, Angular
Experience Preferred:
Preferred Qualifications: . Experience with automating infrastructure configuration .
Proven knowledge of IP networks and Cisco network design .
SQL development skills
