Job Title: Test Automation Engineer

Position Requirements:
Experience with browser UI and API test automation tools. (Test Complete, Selenium, SOAPUI, UFT Ability to troubleshoot and update automated scripts using data driven and keyword driven methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or MIS
5 years of experience in software design & development or testing
Experience within the .NET framework, particularly within C# development
Proficient managing quality work in a fast-paced and Agile development environment
Ability to develop automated test cases from manual test scripts, requirements and other supplemental specifications
Knowledgeable of standard testing strategies, techniques and practices needed to successfully execute a test plan
Ability to communicate (verbally and written) the current project status, related testing metrics and other concerns as related to the project testing
Ability to understand and analyze business, functional, non-functional, technical and user interface (UI) requirements
Testing aptitude, include debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience testing Web and Mobile UIs and web services, including soak testing, stress testing
Passion for engineering excellence through automation and process improvements
Proficient with browser debug tools and API testing. (Firebug, Chrome Developer Tools)
Good understanding of CSS/HTML/JavaScript, familiar with Web UI frameworks, JQuery, Infragistics, KendoUI, etc
