Job Description :
Write drivers for optical and electrical testing instruments.
Develop automation script for optical transceiver and sub-component testing.
Perform optical testing at component and module level, including transmitter and receiver characterization.
Perform optical system level testing, including traffic testing, optics power cycling, system power cycling, etc.
Skills:
Proficiency in automation scripting languages. Knowledge of Python is a strong plus.
Experience with automated instrument control.
Knowledge of fiber-optics fundamentals and best practices.
Experience with optical transceiver testing.
Knowledge of switch configuration and traffic test is a strong plus.
Strong work ethic and good communication skills.
