Test Automation Developer – Data/ETL roles
Experience : minimum 5 years experience in testing, primarily using automation.
Description:
This role will be responsible for the creation and execution of system integration tests across multiple systems.
Experience testing third party application integration and configuration, data migration and transformation.
Should understand how to extract, coordinate or create data across systems, execute batch flows and can troubleshoot integration failures The ability to design, create and execute manual and automated test scenarios that will be reused throughout the program is required in this role.
Must be able to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills :
Demonstrated ability analyzing data models, schemas, business rules and creating test scenarios. [Specific to Data TAD].
Experience writing automation test scripts, complex SLA queries and validating database models, mapping and insuring data integrity.
Good understanding of AGILE development practices.
Experience with: Informatica ETL process.
Demonstrated knowledge of testing processes, standards and best practices.
Test automation development experience.
Developing automation tests from acceptance test criteria requirements.
Understanding of one or more functional Object-Oriented programming languages including Ruby such as Java or Selenium.
Relational Database SQL DIFF Factory.bot jRuby.
Cucumber/Gherkin or equivalent behavior driven development experience.
Collaboration /negotiation in a team environment.
