This is an Architect level position not a lead or engineer position so I
expect the candidates to not only know the technologies but to be able to
clearly elaborate on how to implement and explain that to me clearly.
We try to avoid questions which I know candidates can just google and quote
ad verbatim
Specifics
We start with basic questions then drill-down if they answer the first one.
This is not a simple yes and no, or with a specific answer:
* Describe for a me the test architecture you are using. This answer
alone will enable me to determine
* did they set it up themselves
* How do you set-up Selenium Grid ?
Why use JUnit and Not Test NG ?
What is JBehave ? Why would you recommend using this
How is Appium set-up ?
What tool do you used for web services testing and how do you
set-it up ?

level.
