Hands on knowledge for creating the road map for TCoE by evaluating the client landscape and formulating a test strategy that includes best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different products and applications

b. Proficiency in a technical capacity to provide guidance and mentorship to the client and QA organization.
c. Knowledge and experience on Continuous Integration and Agile Testing
d. Collaborated with project teams to strategize & align long term solution for automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach
e. Experience in defining test strategy to support regression/progression testing based on the technical analysis,
complexity, and reusability

f. Experience in design and development of Automation frameworks and Testing Strategies
for large scale applications/SaaS/PaaS

g. Experience in leading and managing medium and large size QA teams that are
distributed across multiple geographical locations.

h. Experience working in Agile Testing projects and Behavior Driven Development

2) Excellent communication/presentation skills and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in client facing role

3) Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the software quality assurance, modern testing processes and methodologies.

4) UP to date knowledge in development/test approaches and techniques, including test driven development & acceptance

5) Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to project teams and test engineers
for the implementation of testing automation processes and best practices as needed.

6) Proactively researches and assesses technology and industry trends, evaluating their possible value and applicability within client environment
