Position: Test Analyst / Test Coordinator / Test Manager

Role description:
Manage day to day operations of test environments in integrated product testing and market testing. Manage test data processes and drive continues improvement across IPT
Testing Experience OR experience in Dev working alongside testing in agile teams
Knowledge in test data setup and/or test environment setup/coordination
Backend or front end development experience
Analyst would be responsible for support test environment and data needs for functional testing during the course of this delivery
Close coordination with the other development and testing stakeholders over the environmental and data issues
Ensure fast resolution to test environment related issues
Ensure strict adherence to environment and data related SLAs
Innovative with a strong focus on industrialization
Attention to detail is required
Strong testing background is critical for success
Client Relationship management
Define and implement test environment operations and governance
Implement a Flexible and fast test environment provisioning and support services delivery across client site and offshore
Implement Demand forecasting and capacity planning in terms of environment and other infrastructure – to ensure optimum utilization of the environments
End to end responsibilities of establishing test infrastructure comprising of environment, network, h/w components, servers databases and tools
Close coordination with the account stakeholders (infrastructure/architects/test data managements/database administrators) over the environmental issues to nullify dependencies & related conflicts
Ensure fast resolutions to test environment related issues by streamlining incident management process
Ensure strict adherence to environment and data related SLAs
Engage with clients to understand test environment requirements and propose precise test environment related solutions
Required Skills:
