Title: Teradata TFL Consultant

Location: Sunnyvale / Cupertino, CA

Duration: Long Term

Must Have:

- Clear understanding of Teradata architecture

- Good Experience in scripting (preferably Python)

- Very strong in Teradata programming and optimization techniques

- Hands on experience in Stored Procedures, Bteq, Teradata utilities like TPT Export / TPT Load / fast Load etc

- Strong Data warehouse concepts

- Experience creating technical designs

- Good unit testing and integration test strategies

- Familiarity with Hadoop and enthusiasm to learn new technologies

- Excellent communication skill in terms of both verbal and written

- Experience in leading small to medium projects
