Role: Teradata Architect
Location : San Jose , CA
Contract
Very good knowledge and experience of working in Teradata
Good at SQL, Good Knowledge and Hands-on experience in Unix &scripting.
Hands-on experience in Query optimization & performance tuning.
To work as part of support team and enabled to do code and unit test for the issues raised.
Addresses root cause of problems and find workarounds/permanent solutions
Exposure to SQL-H is highly desirable.
Design , support and deliver BI / Reporting applications using Micro Strategy
Provide technical leadership for Micro Strategy suite of tools.
Ensure OLA/SLA is always met as per agreed business commitments.
To Perform TeraData system health-checks to identify issue in proactive manner.
Documents all issues, resolution for simple problems and maintains a knowledge repository
