Job Description :
The client is looking to hire a Temp Media/Data Research Analyst for the Product team. The candidate work with Engineering, CRM, Marketing, and Content team to help form customer insights from different data sources.


Location – NY


Provide analytics support

Collabrate with product managers and identify key metrics to track and write analytics requirements
Serve as go-to resource for ad-hoc analysis requests
Assist in the development of presentations and present analytics & insights
Compile findings and insights from 3rd party media tools and researches to support internal teams
Assist in running numerous reports on creative performance and social engagement
Finding insights in different data sources that can refine marketing strategy. This data will include website tracking events data and client CRM data.

Provide data & technical support

Assist data visualization and insight generation reports for use in campaign monitoring and optimization.
Provide data visualization and reporting.
Create dashboards using a variety of data visualization tools
Serve as the go-to resource for data related questions and requests.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred. A degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Economics, is preferred.
2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data management, media, programming, or relevant academic experience.

· Collect and analyze user behavior through online experiments (A/B testing)

Experience with database structures and data mining techniques. Specifically, ability to query relational databases such as MySQL or SQL Server is a plus
Ability to code or the aptitude to acquire coding skills quickly
Additional desirable skills include web design/application coding experience,
The ability to translate results into clear, concise presentations, written reports, and data visualizations
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Power Editor & Business Manager
Familiarity with comScore, Nielsen TV and other digital or social media analytical tools a plus
Proficient project management skills and ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
Experience working with diverse teams of engineers, designers, content, and QA within an Agile framework.
Proficient with software development and documentation tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Github and standard measurement platforms such as Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills; ability to manage, manipulate and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations using technology
