Job Description
We are seeking candidates that are interested in getting into the technology consulting and staffing industry. In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to IT and HR leaders and decision makers to identify potential new clients that may have a need for our services which include providing short and long-term consultants and helping to fill higher level IT staff openings. There is great growth potential for someone that is in successful in this role, including training to become an IT Recruiter or Business Development Manager. This role will be a mix of research, marketing, CRM data management along with heavy outbound call volume.
Requirements
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Must be comfortable on the phone and willing to make a high volume of outbound business development calls daily
Must have good research and time management skills
Must have an interest in technology and willingness to learn about current corporate technologies and trends
