Skill Sets:
Experience with L2, & L3 Operational Support
Experience in Building Customized Monitoring Tools and Monitoring Cloud Based Systems
Well versed with Project On-Boarding, Release & Capacity Management Activities
Experience with Operations Readiness and Acceptance Activities
Highly Experienced in Large, Enterprise Scale Integration Environments
Able to work in 24*7 Support Shift Mode
Experience and Desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment
Ability to Work in Team in Diverse/ Multiple Stakeholder Environment
Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
ITIL Certified
