Overview:
Looking for a Telecom Engineer with 4-8 years of experience.
They need to be strong with Cisco routers and switches and have some experience with telephony.
They will need to have solid security experience and be able to work independently.
This is a small office with a ton of data that needs to be highly secure.
Must be hands on with the configuration of the Cisco routers and switches.
Must have experience with Cisco ASA firewalls, prefer 5500 series
Set up a LAN/WAN environment
Has installed servers, done RAID configuration, crimped cable from the router to the switch
Skills
They will have the responsibility of the entire network from routing and switching to telephony.
These firewalls are our security and they are very affective.
Their Network Infrastructure is Telephony related, so it is very unique.
They use Quintum (Sonus) AXG VoIP Analog Gateways connecting to Sonus Carrier Grade Multipath Call Switches (CMS), then to our Central Office Call switches.
Client uses Audio Codes Radiant 2000 to convert H.323 to digital and H.323 to SIP or TDM.
