Core Requirements:
Ability to understand technical design, tradeoffs; debate merits of a solution with architects and engineers.
7-10 years’ experience in Billing systems integration and Data analytics
Experience with Amdocs modules, CES preferred
Remaining continuously involved in the product lifecycle to help broker agreements between business owners and engineering teams on key priorities
Gatekeeper of scope; review new stories
Assist in providing just-in-time story elaboration, and quickly provides just-in-time decisions to keep team moving forward.
Contributes to release management objectives, requirements, functionality, and timing, and communicating status to other departments in the company
Act as single point of contact for project status and information in the form of formal executive briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports.
Develops, maintains, and manages plans, action item registers, and major milestone timelines for assigned projects.
Creates and maintains process workflow documents to support business needs.
Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to Executive management.
Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes.

Desired Skills:
BA or BS or equivalent experience is required
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
Excellent writing skills; you should be able to document and persuade in a written format
Engaging and concise speaking and presentation skills
Excellent conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience working in an Agile and/or lean start-up environment
Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate Agile Project tools
Excellent oral communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
Self-starter with experience running agile engineering processes e.g. scrums, backlog grooming, sprint meetings, sprint retrospectives
Highly collaborative with a strong work ethic

Ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence in a highly cross-functional, matrixed organization.
Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, task delegation and coordination across teams.

Defining, analyzing and documenting requirements during feature elaboration and grooming discussion
