Skill’s: Summary:
The Billing Analyst will support Finance, IT, Vendor and Contract Management, Telecom and all other business units within ADES. This role performs a variety of complex billing functions and analysis to ensure that all billing-related business needs are met. In addition to the management, reporting and auditing of the billing reconciliation process, this position is also responsible for identifying and implementing process and costs improvements.
Job Duties:
Facilitate monthly end-to-end management of telecom (landline and wireless) bills 10%
Monthly reconciliation of wireless employee reimbursements 10%
Audit bills for billing errors 10%
Submit all billing disputes to the contracted vendor and resolve to completion 10%
Create monthly reports for management team and internal customers 10%
Process service desk tickets related to landline billing 10%
Understand and resolve all customer issues to completion 8%
Engage with vendors to resolve any performance issues as needed 8%
Manage onboarding and off-boarding process related to landline and wireless accounts 8%
Assist with the development of workflow process documentation 8%
Special projects as assigned 8%

Project management experience
Ability to interact with IT personnel on all levels to resolve issues and provide thoughtful solutions in a timely manner
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Experience creating reports and procedure manuals both technical and non-technical
Understanding business metrics and how they impact the division and agency objectives
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Proficient with MS Office products (Access, Excel/VBA/Macros/Formulas, Word)
A Must Requirement:
BA (Bachelor of Arts) or BS (Bachelor of Science) degree is a must requirement for this position.
