Position: Technology Program Manager with a background in Salesforce.
Location: Waukegan, IL
Duration: 12 Months
We have several Program Manager openings in our organization to lead projects from requirements development through project completion. You will responsible for project planning including scheduling, budgeting and resource management. You will also collaborate with client, vendors and internal teams to identify and address project issues and facilitate decision making to ensure project stays within time, scope and budget.
Role
Lead large group meetings / brainstorming sessions and build consensus.
Defines resources, project deliverables and milestones for project implementation.
Manage time and resources to effectively juggle competing deadlines.
Review reports on project status and ensure important aspects are communicated and understood by vendors, team members and senior staff.
Maintain adequate technical and project documentation.
Communicate expectations, provide feedback, and manage conflicts impacting the project to client and third-party vendors.
Assist account staff in identifying new business opportunities and development of strategy.
We are seeking experienced Technology Project Managers with a background in Salesforce.
Background & Abilities Expected:
Leadership of development projects that encompass technical (Dev, QA, Data, etc, internal (Account Services, Creative, Design, etc, and client stakeholder teams.
Understanding Agile processes & best practices
Proficiency with Agile management tools
Ability to effectively communicate technical aspects to people a variety of backgrounds.
Analytical mind with innovative problem-solving skills.
10+ years’ experience in IT
Bachelor''s degree from an accredited university is preferred.
