Job Description :
As a Technology Lead, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients'' business needs. Qualifications (Basic)
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant
work experience in lieu of every year of education
At least 5-6 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions with a minimum of 3 years
Salesforce Force with Service and marketing cloud experience.
PD1 is a must to have

Preferred
Proficient in Salesforce service Cloud and Lightning, Rest API, Apex code and integrations
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience
Ability to translate business issues into technical solutions including technical leadership
and coordination, and ensuring customer needs are met
Ability to work hands on to write and debug code, configuration in salesforce and
troubleshoot issues, willing to collaborate with teams across technologies
Collaborate with Product owner/Business analysts to understand the requirements/user
stories, and translating these to a set of deliverables
Guide developers, offshore team members with technical expertise
Communicate and collaborate with other internal and external technical resources and
stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
Ability to work across business and IT stakeholders in providing solutions
Should have delivery experience working with the Global delivery model
Experience working in Agile programs/methodology (preferred experience on SAFE Agile
framework)
Leadership abilities, Sound problem solving, communication, organizational, and time
management skills

Certifications preferred:
Salesforce Admin Certified
PD1 Certified
Salesforce platform developer certified
Service cloud certified
