Job Description :
Qualifications Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also
consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education.
At least 4 years of IT experience.

Preferred
At least 3 years of application Support experience with working knowledge on Unix,
database, and basic knowledge on any programming Language like JAVA/C++/scripting
language etc.
At least 2 years of experience in Identifying recurring failures, Debug or Deep Dive in to the
cause of the Issue, Identify Impact, Manage Escalation or Incident
At least 2 years of experience to drive Issues to resolution with L3 and reduce/eliminate the
# of Failures
Ability to follow the L3 escalation process
At least X years of experience in software development life cycle.
Ability to handle/manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, application
owner and senior stake holders across all areas
Good communication with analytical and problem solving skills
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
