Basic
Bachelor''s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
Preferred
At least 4 years of experience in As400 Technologies – RPG, RPGLE, CL, CLLE.
At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
Knowledge on merchandising applications will be added advantage.
Knowledge on warehouse management applications and Manhattan PKMS (hosted on AS400) versions 2004, 2009 will be added advantage.
Experience and understanding of Application maintenance and development service
Working knowledge on activities including estimation, requirements elicitation, design, development, review of work product from team, implementation activities and bug fixes
Mentor the team on technical competencies
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Communication and Analytical skills
