Role: Technology Delivery Manager

Location: Charlotte NC


1. Own the overall project plan and detailed sprint level plans
2. Conduct daily stand up meetings for Sprint deliverables and work on resolving blockers for the team
3. Work closely with the developers and technical/QA leads to drive timely and quality delivery
4. Ensure adherence to code quality controls and alignment to functional and non-functional requirements for the deliverables from sprint team
5. Strong scope and dependency management skills
6. Be the Go To person for all project stakeholders (Business, QA, Integrating applications, vendors and PMO) to effectively represent development team
7. Support channel and vendor teams to integrate with services developed by team
8. Own defect management
9. Drive design discussions for the project
10. Excellent communication and analytic skills
