Job Description :
Required

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

Atleast 4yrs of hands-on experience in Dell EMC SMARTS Architecture and applications.
Atleast 4 years experience in Physical entities, Logical entities, applications, attributes, relationships and events
Proficiency in Discovery, Monitoring, Diagnosis, Identification of key problems.
Knowledge in A3 Architecture – Abstraction, Analysis and Automation.
Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and impact analysis as required.
Ability to work independently and produce results in a fast paced, team environment.
Ability to research into new areas and come up with ideas and solutions.
Identify and resolve all technical issues faced during the course of the projects assigned
Strong in programming and scripting, analytical skills and problem solving ability
Excellent analytical skill with understanding of the business’s strategic needs.
Proficiency in development of a telecom business processing model, keeping which in mind the company can operate ad function.
Excellent knowledge on the business trends and patterns to come to an understanding about different changes it needs and the improvements that are possible.
Should be excellent at communicating with the external and internal customers to analyze the information needs and the functional requirements.
Ability to act as a liaison between the various business units of the company, technology teams or units and the support teams.
Proficiency in developing the requirement specifications as per the levels of the standard templates and using the natural language.
Understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS domain will be advantage.
