RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an initiative to retire legacy systems and reduce cost to run the infrastructure through reducing complexity.
Legacy IAM (SUN / Oracle WaveSet) functionality will move to BlueAccess.
Provisioning to eGateway will be phased out and changed to a DIGS pull of data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience (At least 6+ years):
Developing on multiple project tracks as a subject matter expert of identity management technologies, particularly Sun Oracle WaveSet, IBM ISIM (ITIM) and ISAM.
Advanced development of solutions leveraging COTS APIs
Development of custom code to integrate custom solutions leveraging Java, JavaScript and shell scripts with ISIM/ISAM
Required Skills/Experience At least 8 years of work experience in the following:
Building integrated security solution for identity and access management systems
Strong Java, JavaScript, and application development experience
Building custom solutions robust and still able to integrate into COTS Application API to maximize vendor support
Proven ability to and experience documenting current state of security solutions
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Strong Developer that is self-governed but can simultaneously guide other developers
Experience with processes for security application code development, source code control, and project processes
Proven ability to track against multiple simultaneous deadlines via Agile or traditional project scenarios
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, systems analysis, or related field required
