Job Description :
· Lead experience- project lead, PM, tech lead, etc
· Extremely strong business analysis skills
· Financial services, but also consumer banking and deposit related experience preferred
· Someone who has worked with stakeholders who has been part of strategy, defined ROI, worked with stakeholders to create a solution.
· Extremely strong and comes from a technology data warehousing background. Hands-on DWH background. (can write ETL and SQL queries- maybe started their career as a data warehouse developer and has transitioned into a business analysis role, become a business lead, and has managed multiple projects)
· Related tools: Fiserv database
· Has experience with working with Offshore teams
