Development Skills
5 plus year development experience on AR Server. Strong knowledge on Active Links, Filters, Escalation and the organization of the backend AR Server forms is must have.
5 plus year development experience on using Atrium Integrator to push data from systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, Casper, other database into CMDB is must have
5 plus year experience on how to modify workflows in Incident, Problem, Change & Asset Management work is must have
5 plus year experience building service request using Service Request Management
1 plus year experience developing on ADDM TPL language
2 plus year experience on mapping application using ADDM
2 plus year experience on installing and upgrading ADDM scanner, proxy and consolidator
2 plus year experience on scanning and discovering devices such as (Windows, Unix, VM, Network, Telecom & etc
5 plus year experience on setting up normalization and reconciliation jobs
5 plus year experience on working with MSSQL and SQL query.
5 plus year programming experience in one or more of the following language (HTML, JavaScript, JAVA, C#, python, jquery, CSS)
Support Skills
5 plus year experience on providing 24x7 support on enterprise system
5 plus year experience on support and troubleshooting AR Server, FTS, Mid-tier, Chat, MyIT, SmartIT, CDMB
5 plus year experience on administrating ITSM suite, CMDB & ADDM (creating support group, granting user roles and permission, creating operating and product categories and etc
5 plus year experience on troubleshooting CMDB normalization and reconciliation issue
Degree
BS in Computer System or Information Management (Prefer MS in Computer System or Information Management)
